Returns
If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help. We offer Exchanges or In Store Credits only within 14 days of DATE OF RECEIPT.

* Returned items MUST have tags still attached and be returned in original packaging.

* Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

* Must have original receipt returned with purchase.

* Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned for In Store Credit or Exchange, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at vi-leensfashions@hotmail.ca and send your item to: 440 10th Street, HANOVER, ON

Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
